What you will do

• Provide corporate legal support and ensure compliance for the global group and the Hamburg site.
• Act as secretary to the hirify.global Germany Board of Directors.
• Support strategic projects including M&A, investments, and intercompany agreements.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and claims involving distributors and suppliers.
• Oversee outside legal counsel and manage legal spend.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Tax departments on complex corporate matters.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience as a corporate lawyer or in-house counsel.
• Completed university degree in law.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and ESG in an international setting.
• Proven experience working with C-suite and senior management stakeholders.
• Experience in M&A, litigation, and working with Finance/Treasury is highly valued.
