Government, Risk and Compliance Analyst (Fintech)

hirify.global is building an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare, combining automated administrative workflows, billing, and next-generation payments.

What you will do

• Operate the compliance platform, monitor failing controls, coordinate remediation owners, and keep audit evidence current.
• Run the third-party risk lifecycle, including onboarding assessments, periodic reviews, evidence collection, supplier directory updates, and outsourcing register maintenance.
• Coordinate the business continuity management cycle by collecting business impact analysis inputs, organizing tests and exercises, and maintaining plans.
• Maintain risk registers, findings logs, trackers, and controlled policy review cycles.
• Support external C5, ISO, and bank-partner audits by preparing evidence packs and managing request lists.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT or process audit, business continuity management, or GRC operations.
• Experience in a Big Four or audit firm, or in-house experience supporting an ISO 27001, SOC 2, or C5 certification.
• Understanding of the evidence accepted by auditors and strong workpaper discipline.
• Experience running or supporting vendor assessments.
• Scale-up or fintech experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Berlin and attend an on-site technical interview.
