Process Engineering Team Lead (Energy Solutions): Leading Process Engineers while developing P&IDs, heat balances, engineering calculations, and Balance of Plant parameters for gas engine and power generation systems with an accent on technical decision-making, project delivery, and engineering standards. Focus on solving complex process engineering challenges, defining equipment specifications, and coordinating technical work across engineering, project management, sales, and customer teams.
Location: Brno, Czech Republic; onsite five days a week. EU citizenship required.
Base minimum pay: $0.00. Additional compensation includes an annual corporate bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Engineers.
- Plan team priorities, workload, and technical activities while supporting complex engineering decisions.
- Develop and review Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, heat balances, process analyses, and engineering calculations.
- Define technical parameters for Balance of Plant systems and prepare equipment and power plant specifications.
- Review customer requirements, maintain Bills of Materials, and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, customers, and other Engineering disciplines.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Several years of Process Engineering experience in power generation, energy, industrial equipment, machinery, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of P&IDs, heat balances, engineering calculations, and equipment specifications.
- Experience with gas engines, power plants, or Balance of Plant systems, or the ability to learn this area quickly.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating engineering teams.
- Professional English communication skills and EU citizenship.
