Property Development Manager (Retail)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely

What you will do

• Manage the preparation and execution of store modernizations and the construction of new facilities.
• Prepare project schedules and timelines and ensure delivery against them.
• Coordinate business expectations with developers and manage construction budgets with the cost consultant.
• Lead contractors, technical supervision teams, refurbishment coordinators, designers, and project teams.
• Organize meetings and site inspections, supervise construction and interior fit-out works, and coordinate equipment deliveries.
• Resolve non-compliance and outstanding works and ensure successful project handover and occupancy approval.

Requirements

• Secondary school or university degree in a technical field such as civil engineering or architecture.
• 3–5 years of practical construction industry experience, particularly in construction project management.
• Knowledge of local technical standards and construction regulations.
• Experience in project management and leading teams.
• Attention to detail, independent working ability, and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Intermediate English or higher, minimum B2, and a valid Category B driving licence; user-level knowledge of MS Office.
