What you will do

• Design, prototype, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and fixtures.
• Analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and make engineering recommendations.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in mechanical design and testing.
• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software for design and modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to apply design-for-manufacturing and design-for-testability principles.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, project management, and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach, sound judgment, continuous self-development, and a focus on delivering measurable results.
