Service Parts Project Engineer

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; candidate must have the right to work indefinitely in the EU

Base minimum pay: Kč771,708.00

What you will do

• Provide technical support to service parts sales, operations, and field teams.
• Manage the Service Parts engineering help desk and respond promptly to questions from worldwide teams.
• Engage appropriate technical resources to resolve customer problems.
• Set up engineering items in engineering and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with supply chain, suppliers, and engineering teams to identify service content for purchased parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate with field operations, engineering, business management, global sales, and trade compliance to support a fast and dependable parts supply.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and 2–5 years of experience, or 5+ years of experience in a related technical field such as field service, operations, maintenance, overhaul, design, or supply chain.
• Fluent spoken, written, and reading English is required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, engineering bills of material, technical specifications, and supplier data.
• Indefinite right to work in the EU is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with turbomachinery, heavy machinery, construction equipment, automotive, or similar products.
• Experience with engineering drawings and planning systems.
