Location: Brno, Czechia; onsite, two-shift operation

What you will do

• Coordinate production of subassemblies and cable harnesses for production lines.
• Align daily production requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor assembly quality, standards, final inspections, and order completion.
• Control workplace safety, 5S, and compliance with work regulations.
• Lead and support team members, manage workflows, and monitor working time.
• Maintain production data in SAP and internal databases.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
• Vocational or secondary technical education in electrical engineering is advantageous.
• Team leadership or team management experience is advantageous.
• Strong responsibility, communication skills, stress resilience, and time flexibility.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team toward strong results.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
