Savings Pricing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Cardiff, London, or remote within the UK; remote workers may need to attend ad hoc meetings in London.

Salary: £70,000–£90,000 per year plus performance-linked incentive awards.

What you will do

• Monitor live savings portfolio performance against commercial targets and diagnose deposit movement drivers.
• Analyse pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data to model volume and margin trade-offs.
• Size and model the commercial impact of savings strategy initiatives with Finance.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, and Product squads on pricing decisions and balance-sheet impacts.
• Build, maintain, and improve pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
• Analyse UK macroeconomic conditions, Bank of England rate changes, and competitor movements to recommend pricing shifts.

Requirements

• Experience in pricing, portfolio management, or commercial product management within UK retail banking, fintech, or fast-paced consumer finance.
• Strong analytical skills and practical experience using data to understand customer behaviour and support commercial decisions.
• Experience with data analysis or visualisation tools such as Looker, SQL, Python, or Jupyter.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, ambiguous, product-led, digital-first environments.
• Ability to work from within the UK; occasional meetings in London may be required.
