What you will do

• Drive performance and value across the Finance Platform using measures, governance and actionable insight.
• Lead Business Management activity across FCOO, Finance and Technology teams.
• Shape priorities and investment decisions by aligning resources with high-value outcomes.
• Provide strategic insight and constructive challenge to Platform, Lab and FCOO leaders.
• Lead forecasting, planning, governance, workforce planning and performance management across complex portfolios.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement through simplification, automation and AI-enabled insight.

Requirements

• Experience in business management, performance, finance, strategy or operational leadership within a large and complex organisation.
• Strong commercial insight, data literacy, analytical capability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience building trusted relationships, leading teams and developing colleague capability.
• Experience with financial management, investment governance and workforce planning across complex portfolios.
• Strong planning, governance and organisational skills, with sound judgement, resilience and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, large-scale transformation programmes or platform operating models.
• Professional finance qualification.
• Interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI.
