Technical Support Specialist (Networking)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States; 5 days a week in-office

What you will do

• Provide executive-level technical support and act as the escalation point for IT incidents across multiple offices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, software, peripherals, AV equipment, phones, and communication platforms.
• Manage hardware assets and support routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, network connectivity, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Complete IT onboarding by configuring equipment, activating accounts, installing software, and setting up workstations.
• Support building technology systems including CCTV, access control, radio, video management, intercom, security turnstiles, elevator interfaces, and voice/data cabling.
• Coordinate technology installations for property management, engineering, and onsite security departments while maintaining tenant request records.

Requirements

• Experience supporting IT and building systems in Class A retail, office, or mixed-use properties.
• Technical experience supporting teams of at least 100 employees.
• Working knowledge of systems administration, networking, systems and network security, operating systems, server tools, and backup and restore procedures.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work onsite in West Palm Beach five days per week and provide on-call support when required.

Nice to have

• ITIL, Microsoft, Network+, or CCNA certification.
• Experience with access control, CCTV/IP camera, and intercom systems.
