Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule. After training, eligible associates may work from home up to two days per week.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Turn sales, revenue, margin, and payments data into dashboards and executive reports.
• Own, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend automations that report team statistics.
• Build pivot-ready datasets, macros, and repeatable workflows using Excel, Power Query, and Google Sheets.
• Manage monthly payments account maintenance, including pricing adjustments and configuration updates.
• Route escalations, maintain metadata attribution, and flag billing or margin anomalies.
• Extract cost, interchange, and margin insights from merchant processor statements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar data analyst position.
• Advanced Excel experience, including pivots, macros/VBA, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Power Query, Google Sheets, recurring dashboards, and reporting from sales, revenue, and margin data.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier and the ability to troubleshoot existing automations.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to automate and accelerate daily work.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation habits, and written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring Stripe or another payments platform.
• Background in payments, fintech, SaaS, or mobility/rental.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Relevant college degree.
