Talent Acquisition Executive (Ecommerce)

Location: THG ICON 1, 7–9 Sunbank Lane, Manchester, UK; fully office based

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers across Myprotein HQ to define clear role briefs and hiring needs.
• Support and manage recruitment for Head Office and commercial positions from search through offer.
• Headhunt, source and screen active and passive candidates.
• Build talent relationships and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Use recruitment data and talent-market insights to improve hiring decisions and processes.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house talent acquisition team.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes and managing candidate and hiring-manager relationships.
• Confidence in understanding role briefs, asking effective questions and adapting sourcing strategies.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail while managing multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Clear, engaging communication and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
• Experience hiring for commercial functions is particularly valuable.

Nice to have

• Experience in direct-to-consumer businesses, ecommerce or international hiring.
