🚀 We’re hiring: Talent Acquisition Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to own our recruitment strategy, develop our internal TA team, and ensure we continue to attract and hire the very best talent as we grow.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll coach and develop our internal recruiting team, partner with senior stakeholders, and personally lead recruitment for senior, specialist and business-critical roles across the business.

You’ll also build proactive talent pipelines, strengthen our employer proposition, and bring the market insight and expertise needed to help us build exceptional teams.
