Procurement Logistics Intern

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the month. Internship period: January–June.

What you will do

• Analyze cost comparisons across the regional logistics portfolio.
• Draft and review supplier contracts, ensuring relevant risks are addressed.
• Review external factors, including inflation forecasts, that may affect business risk and decisions.
• Support tenders and projects connected with the APAC logistics strategic roadmap.
• Prepare presentations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement opportunities for improvement identified by the team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of procurement and/or logistics.
• Experience or technical understanding of warehousing and freight activities across air, sea, land, or rail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and cross-cultural environment with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Understanding of regional and global organizational structures and how external conditions influence business decisions.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.
