Production Planner

Location: Pathumthani, Navanakorn, Thailand

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules for mass production, engineering builds, pilot runs, and production ramp activities.
• Translate engineering and program requirements into feasible build plans aligned with capacity, materials, and operational priorities.
• Review MRP requirements, validate demand signals, and maintain planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, lot sizes, and planning attributes.
• Coordinate with Buyers, Global Supply Chain, and suppliers to secure material commitments, expedite shortages, and resolve supply gaps.
• Lead build readiness reviews and confirm that materials, tooling, test capacity, documentation, and ECO releases are available before execution.
• Track build progress, monitor WIP, report risks and delays, and drive recovery plans and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning, NPI planning, material planning, or supply chain roles within high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, preferably Oracle, BOM structures, and ECO/change management processes.
• Experience supporting NPI or mass production builds, engineering builds, and ramp-to-volume transitions in a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work independently with global cross-functional partners.

• Experience with planning dashboards or analytics tools.
