Director Minerva Frontline Applications (C2)

What you will do

• Lead and scale the Minerva Frontline Applications organization across frontend, backend, integration, and agentic C2 engineering.
• Own people management, product direction, roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and team alignment.
• Partner with the Chief Architect on product decisions, technical execution, and software quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery of a unified, mass-scalable command-and-control suite.
• Guide rapid R&D prototyping and decide which new capabilities should enter the operational software suite.
• Ensure interoperability between the software and hirify.global’s physical unmanned-system programs.

Requirements

• Proven software engineering leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with double-leadership or close collaboration with technical architects or lead engineers.
• Experience building mission-critical software suites connected to hardware, robotics, or complex interconnected systems.
• Ability to structure complex requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and drive projects independently.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced planning or reporting platforms.
• Mature understanding of classified information and B2G customers.

Nice to have

• Military service experience, particularly in cyber or IT.
• Experience working with military customers and mission-critical operational systems.
