Launch Manager - Execution Framework (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote within Spain, with the option to work from the Bilbao office.

What you will do

• Orchestrate cross-functional product launches from intake through General Availability and post-launch reviews.
• Apply and adapt the Launch Execution Framework, including processes, templates, governance, and best practices.
• Facilitate launch team meetings, readiness reviews, and key decision points.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and readiness gaps; coordinate mitigation plans and escalations.
• Provide visibility into launch health, milestones, decisions, risks, and leadership attention areas.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent launches and improve launch processes, automation, and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Launch Management, Program Management, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or a related cross-functional role.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company and supporting software or technology product launches.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities.
• Strong organizational, project planning, facilitation, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority, build alignment, and drive accountability.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, resolve dependencies, escalate issues, and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
