Senior Program Manager, Business Operations (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Tacoma, Washington, or fully remote within the United States

Salary: $151,800–$231,220 per year; base salary listed as $150,600–$210,100 plus bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from problem definition through execution, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, define goals, challenge assumptions, and drive innovative solutions.
• Establish scalable operating cadences, governance models, KPIs, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders and workstream owners across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations.
• Manage dependencies, risks, competing priorities, executive communications, and change adoption.
• Help build PMO standards, playbooks, best practices, and AI-first approaches for program delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in SaaS or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Ability to operate strategically while engaging deeply in execution and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong executive presence, judgment, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business processes, including lead-to-cash, product lifecycle, and go-to-market operations.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, decision-making, communication, and program execution.

Nice to have

• Experience building or evolving PMO functions and program governance models.
• Exposure to enterprise transformation or operating model redesign.
• MBA, PMP, or another advanced credential.
