Senior Sales Director, Asia (iGaming)

What you will do

• Drive net-new business growth and incremental revenue across Asia, focusing on direct sales and customer acquisition.
• Build and manage a new-business pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and commercial close.
• Develop senior relationships with customers, strategic partners, and ecosystem stakeholders across the region.
• Support regional sales enablement, commercial execution, and the continued development of the Singapore commercial hub.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and commercial leadership to turn customer and market insights into new opportunities.

Requirements

• Significant senior experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles across Asia.
• Proven track record of originating and closing net-new business across the full enterprise sales cycle.
• Established network and strong understanding of the Asian digital ecosystem.
• Experience or relationships in iGaming, Crypto, FinTech, or adjacent high-growth sectors.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, strategic, and entrepreneurial skills, with a hands-on and independent approach.
