Business Development Manager (Peru, Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify and reach out to potential business partners across LATAM and global markets.
• Acquire new Introducing Broker and affiliate partners and reactivate inactive partners.
• Build and manage a partner network focused on new client acquisition.
• Pitch partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and manage partner onboarding.
• Maintain business relationships and represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
• Collaborate with international teams across different regions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the FX, CFD, online trading, crypto, iGaming, or banking industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Based in Peru for this remote position.
