Product and Delivery Specialist (Technology)

Location: Plymouth Configuration Center, Plymouth, Minnesota, USA; onsite warehouse and logistics environment

Salary: $24–$27 per hour

Technology services organization providing customer solutions through configuration, cross-dock, logistics, and delivery operations.

What you will do

• Prepare equipment, tools, supplies, and materials for configuration center work.
• Receive shipments, verify parts against purchase orders, maintain inventory, report variances, and support physical inventories.
• Pull and stage orders, label customer assets, and maintain accurate asset records.
• Track production work orders, provide timely updates, and complete required documentation.
• Deliver and pick up delicate computer equipment, coordinate with Logistics, interact with clients, and maintain regulated DOT driver logs.
• Recommend workflow improvements, help prevent defects, and participate in staff meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of general labor or customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, follow instructions, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Plymouth, Minnesota, and perform active warehouse duties, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
