Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote or hybrid from Germany or Austria; comprehensive onboarding at the Zurich headquarters, with remote team members encouraged to visit Zurich at least monthly.

What you will do

• Own customer implementation journeys from requirements discovery through delivery, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical challenges, system adaptations, and integrations.
• Act as a trusted customer partner and drive adoption of hirify.global's automation capabilities.
• Work with sales on tailored implementation plans and product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into long-term platform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical action and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English, including confident communication with native-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash process flows.
