Project Manager (Trade Finance)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee Global Banking Operations projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and governance with stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Monitor delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues and delays.
• Coordinate Sponsors, Partners, Contributors, and operational teams across the organisation.
• Support process improvement, organisational change, and initiatives involving Blockchain, RPA/RDA, OCR, and Data Analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a complex, international, or corporate environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
• Knowledge of project planning and delivery, governance and reporting, risk and issue management, process analysis, and organisational change.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work autonomously in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
