Organizational Transformation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Identify and clarify business needs through stakeholder engagement, workshops, observation, and discovery activities.
• Translate ambiguous problems into requirements, process definitions, opportunity statements, and success measures.
• Design, test, and refine products, process changes, and solution concepts through structured experimentation.
• Lead smaller projects and workstreams from planning through delivery, including coordination, risk tracking, and handover.
• Improve internal processes and build lightweight tools or automations across Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Measure KPIs, adoption, and outcomes while supporting change adoption through communication, guidance, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Experience combining business analysis, transformation support, process improvement, project coordination, or delivery management.
• Ability to work across discovery, analysis, experimentation, implementation, and follow-through.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills across functions and organizational levels.
• Experience defining requirements, documenting processes, and supporting solution design.
• Confidence leading smaller projects or workstreams, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hands-on interest or experience with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment.
