M&E Systems Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of airworthiness engineers while managing resources, workload allocation and recruitment.
• Manage aircraft phase-in, phase-out and transition projects with airline clients and Fleet Technical Management teams.
• Oversee technical documentation reviews, aircraft data migration and validation within maintenance management systems.
• Assess MPD, MRBR, ADs and SBs to support aircraft compliance with applicable airworthiness and maintenance requirements.
• Lead complex technical projects against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards and performance KPIs.
• Support proposals, contract negotiations, customer solutions, service improvements and commercial growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles within Airline Technical Services, CAMO or Maintenance Organizations.
• Experience managing technical teams and leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft and applicable European aviation regulations.
• Expertise in airline Maintenance & Engineering systems, including AMOS and TRAX, with experience in configuration, integration, data migration and transformation projects.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, client-facing and commercial skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, are required.

• Airbus and Boeing General Familiarization Courses.
• Experience with multiple M&E systems, proposal development and customer engagement.
• Experience with digital transformation, system modernization, automation, AI-enabled solutions and connected maintenance environments.
• Willingness to travel when required.
