Lead Solution Engineer (ITOM)

What you will do

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to identify and address critical business challenges.
• Support sales through discovery calls and product demonstrations for active deals.
• Gather requirements and define customer problems clearly.
• Build and present demonstrations of hirify.global ITOM products.
• Explain the value of hirify.global solutions to diverse audiences.
• Continuously develop solution engineering and product expertise.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of combined Solution Engineering and/or IT Operations experience.
• Strong presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams to solve business and technical challenges.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deals in a dynamic sales environment.
• Strong understanding of ITOM and ITAM, with familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC, Lansweeper, or similar platforms.
• Deep knowledge of on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, EUC, networking, public cloud, and storage.
