Relationship Analyst (APAC Wealth)

Location: Central Hong Kong, Hong Kong; hybrid schedule with office attendance 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week

What you will do

• Support sales and relationship management efforts for wealth and intermediary clients across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
• Work with Business Development Managers, Portfolio Advisors, and Relationship Managers on assigned accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries, conduct market research, and prepare materials for client meetings.
• Perform independent analysis and original research across investment management topics under time pressure.
• Support relationships spanning fund distribution, long-only funds, hedge funds, private funds, and sub-advisory mandates.
• Coordinate client expectations with portfolio services, legal and compliance, portfolio management, product management, client service, and trading teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in analytical roles within the investment industry.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income, alternative, and/or multi-asset investment products.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials; postgraduate study or progress toward CFA, CAIA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, presentation skills, and client-facing experience.
• Fluency in English is required; Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus demonstrated use of AI and emerging technologies for research, analysis, productivity, and communication.
