Senior Sales Associate, Sales Coordination (Payments)

What you will do

• Coordinate merchant onboarding and ongoing account support within agreed service levels.
• Serve as a secondary contact for merchants, coordinating timely solutions and maintaining a professional service experience.
• Track, monitor, and complete merchant requests accurately within established timelines.
• Prepare accurate reports and customized insights for Sales Managers and key merchants.
• Support priority accounts and initiatives that improve the overall merchant experience.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
• Understanding of merchant onboarding and the account lifecycle.
• Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality under pressure.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.

Nice to have

• Experience in merchant acquiring, card payments, banking, or financial services.
• Putonghua language capabilities.
• Interest in building a long-term career in sales, merchant services, or payment solutions.
