EH&S Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Dzierzoniow, Poland; onsite manufacturing role

Monthly gross compensation: PLN 7,833.30–16,191.70

What you will do

• Drive a proactive environmental, health, and safety culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach employees, supervisors, team leaders, shift leaders, and other stakeholders on EHS matters.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Support site EHS objectives, monitor performance, and report progress against safety and environmental goals.
• Identify risks, implement preventive measures, and support compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Participate in and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma improvement events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Genuine interest in protecting people and the environment, EHS, and loss prevention.
• Ability to self-manage, plan and organize work, solve problems, handle pressure, and show initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
