What you will do

• Prepare food in restaurant, bar, bistro, and café venues across cooking, baking, pastry, or butchery duties.
• Produce high-quality contemporary dishes using local produce.
• Maintain food safety, presentation, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment standards.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service and peak periods.
• Assist with training Kitchen Attendant staff.

Requirements

• Formal qualification in commercial cookery.
• DoFoodSafely certificate of completion.
• Knowledge and practical ability in kitchen operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability for a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of covers.
