What you will do

• Service and maintain e-bikes to high-quality, safe, and road-worthy standards.
• Triage and diagnose repairs while working at a high pace.
• Support workshop compliance and keep operations running efficiently.
• Resolve rider issues and provide practical customer service.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
• Experience with e-bikes and electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
• Comfort working with tools and software.
• Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for bikes or cycling and willingness to perform hands-on work.
