Post-Construction Project Manager (Associate, Mid, Senior) (Solar PV)

What you will do

• Manage solar power plants after provisional acceptance and during the EPC warranty period.
• Act as the primary internal and external contact for EPC post-construction matters.
• Manage EPC, supply, and works contracts, including compliance with contractual obligations.
• Lead incoming and outgoing warranty claims, including matters involving financial bonds.
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams to resolve post-construction issues.
• Monitor contractual KPIs, negotiate technical and commercial solutions, and address under-performance and liquidated damages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in post-construction, O&M, warranty management, or project management.
• Experience with contract and risk management, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience negotiating EPC and O&M contracts and managing financial claims.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Excellent command of English required; German or other regional languages are preferred for stakeholder management.
