Recruiter - Internal Mobility (Financial Services)

Location: London, United Kingdom; onsite with the client 4 days per week in Canary Wharf

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and present qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work onsite with the client 4 days per week in Canary Wharf, London.
