TL;DR
Senior Payroll Officer - EMEA (ADP/Payroll Operations): Managing end-to-end multi-country EMEA payroll delivery through ADP and EOR providers with an accent on compliance, vendor governance, controls, and accurate payroll close. Focus on complex gross-to-net reconciliations, audit readiness, payroll transformation, executive reporting, and mentoring payroll team members.
Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Own end-to-end EMEA payroll delivery through ADP and Employer of Record providers across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage payroll compliance, legislation, taxation, social security, statutory obligations, and regulatory updates across EMEA.
- Lead ADP and EOR vendor governance, including SLAs, performance reviews, invoicing, commercial oversight, and service improvement.
- Review payroll inputs and outputs, perform gross-to-net reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve root causes.
- Lead payroll reporting, audits, internal controls, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, accruals, filings, and journal ownership.
- Drive automation, standardization, system improvements, vendor consolidation, and team development while representing EMEA payroll in leadership forums.
Requirements
- More than 7 years of progressive payroll experience in complex, multi-country EMEA environments.
- Required hands-on experience with ADP platforms such as ADP Celergo, ADP GlobalView, or ADP Streamline.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations, tax, social insurance, statutory reporting, internal controls, and audit environments.
- Experience managing third-party payroll vendors and EOR relationships, including SLA governance and commercial oversight.
- Experience with payroll transformation, automation, standardization, system implementation, M&A integration, or vendor consolidation.
- Proficient English required; Polish language skills are advantageous.
Nice to have
- Professional payroll qualification such as CIPP, GPA, or an equivalent local accreditation.
- Workday HCM experience.
