About the Role

You will lead retail acquisition, content, social, referral, partnership, and institutional go-to-market activity. You will manage campaigns, agencies, creators, marketing-site messaging, funnel measurement, growth experiments, and junior marketing staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or marketing
• Experience leading a function or major channel
• Consumer fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer product experience
• Acquisition-budget ownership
• Knowledge of CAC, retention, channel efficiency, analytics, attribution, and UTM tracking
• Experience using Claude Code or comparable agentic tools

Responsibilities

• Lead retail acquisition across paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels
• Run content and social programs across X, TikTok, YouTube, and email
• Define and report funnel metrics and cost per funded account
• Manage marketing-site messaging and campaign pages
• Design and run growth experiments and post-mortems
• Manage agencies, creators, and influencer relationships
• Support institutional go-to-market activities
• Manage and develop junior marketing staff and interns
