Manager, Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-TX; must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Oversee operations and business strategy across cross-functional departments.
• Develop methods for tracking performance, identifying issues, presenting program insights, and creating data-driven analyses.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to improve effectiveness and return-on-investment metrics for current and new products.
• Partner with staff and stakeholders to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase staff, provider, and member satisfaction.
• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives and organizational scorecard results.
• Advise on improvement activities and apply quality-improvement techniques to reduce waste and rework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in operational business processes or data analysis.
• Experience as a people leader in healthcare is highly preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, providers, managed care, or insurance is preferred.
• Experience working in a matrix environment is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Practical experience implementing continuous improvement through Six Sigma or Total Quality Management.
