Senior Analyst Strategic Sourcing (IT)

Location: Remote role associated with Livonia, Michigan and Syracuse, New York, United States

What you will do

• Research, collect, clean, validate, and analyze operational, spend, supplier, and contract data.
• Support competitive bidding, RFP/RFI processes, supplier qualification, negotiations, and cost-benefit analysis for direct and indirect supplies, services, and equipment.
• Draft and review contracts, amendments, communications, redlines, and business agreements in collaboration with sourcing managers and legal stakeholders.
• Manage small to medium sourcing projects, coordinate stakeholders, and support process standardization and change initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and actionable recommendations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Maintain contract lifecycle management, sourcing system compliance, audits, reporting, supplier relationships, and effective contract handoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, data science, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least five years of sourcing experience.
• Advanced data analytics and procurement knowledge, including advanced Excel, Access, Tableau, vendor relationships, and market analysis.
• Experience reviewing, redlining, and drafting contract language and analyzing bids, specifications, and agreements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers in a large, geographically dispersed organization.
• Ability to analyze total cost of ownership, keep-versus-buy decisions, lease-versus-buy options, net present value, and cost-of-service ratios.
