What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and agentic systems for innovation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Architect agent-based and multi-agent systems using modern generative AI frameworks and capabilities.
• Translate advances in agentic AI and knowledge graphs into enterprise-ready applications.
• Develop scalable, auditable MLOps pipelines covering versioning, testing, monitoring, documentation, and security.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, data products, APIs, and business workflows in collaboration with software, data, business, product, and quality teams.
• Embed fairness, transparency, privacy, explainability, and regulatory compliance into AI/ML design and deployment.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years, master's degree and 4 years, bachelor's degree and 6 years, associate's degree and 10 years, or high school diploma/GED and 12 years of data science or software/ML engineering experience.
• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, analytics, or intelligent automation products into production.
• Advanced Python proficiency and experience with machine-learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with data engineering, SQL, Apache Spark, data pipelines, data modeling, distributed processing, and cloud or data platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices, including MLflow, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, model monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, mentoring, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, retrieval-augmented generation, GraphRAG, vector search, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience in GxP-regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life-sciences environments.
• Knowledge of data integrity, computer-system validation, risk-based validation, change control, and regulated model lifecycle management.
• Experience with large language models, prompt and context engineering, tool calling, model evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Experience developing reusable AI capabilities, technical standards, enablement materials, or communities of practice.
