Principal Process Engineering (Thin Film CVD)

What you will do

• Develop, sustain, and improve thin-film CVD processes to meet technology development goals.
• Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability and meet operational requirements.
• Lead projects focused on quality, cost, equipment throughput, and continuous improvement.
• Start up new processes through process characterization and development.
• Collaborate with integration teams on process integration and understand impacts across multiple processes.
• Provide technical leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to engineers and associate engineers.

Requirements

• BS, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics, or a related engineering or physical science discipline.
• Relevant professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across different cultures.
• Ability to understand process roadmaps and systematically define and plan projects.
