Senior Director, Process Support Engineer (Advanced Packaging)

Location: Singapore, SGP; relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time

What you will do

• Lead the resolution of highly complex field process issues across multiple processes and business functions.
• Apply statistical techniques and Design of Experiments to identify root causes and define action plans.
• Oversee customer demonstrations, define demo conditions, and analyze results.
• Lead customized process development, unit process sequencing, technology transfer, and specification negotiations with customers.
• Guide product strategy, technology positioning, joint development activities, and beta-site testing programs.
• Build strategic customer partnerships, communicate technical learnings globally, and deliver executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of relevant systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad semiconductor industry and commercial awareness supporting business-unit performance.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual problems.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and contributing to functional strategy.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations.
• Ability to work in Singapore and travel approximately 10% of the time.
