Process Technician (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Prepare wafers, clean reactors, and set up equipment for experiments.
• Operate reactors to perform thin-film processes and evaluate process-system performance.
• Prepare cross-section samples and operate scanning electron microscopes for CD, EDS, cross-section, and top-view analysis.
• Identify patterns of interest, optimize imaging conditions, and evaluate wafers and thin films.
• Record process conditions, experimental observations, results, graphs, and tables.
• Perform equipment alignment, routine maintenance, shutdown procedures, troubleshooting, and coordination of repairs, supplies, vendors, and purchasing.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of scanning electron microscope principles.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom using required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces and at height, use hand and power tools, and lift up to 35 lbs.
