HR Business Partner (Fulfillment Center)

Location: Reno, Nevada, United States; onsite at a fulfillment center

Salary: $39.90–$63.70 per hour

What you will do

• Lead fulfillment-center HR operations covering performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Partner with managers and employees to resolve employee relations matters while balancing the interests of all parties.
• Mentor managers and build leadership capabilities for addressing workplace issues.
• Own orientation and onboarding and support training initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, update HR policies, and coordinate workers’ compensation, safety meetings, and accident investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR partnership role, ideally in a fulfillment or distribution center.
• 2+ years of experience leading an HR team.
• Proven success in strategic HR partnerships and a strong employee relations background.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with employees and leaders at different organizational levels; travel may be required.
