Annual base salary: $116,475–$174,713 USD for candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.

Company

hirify.global provides an AI-ready governance platform that supports responsible data use, privacy, consent, risk, and AI governance workflows.

What you will do

  • Design and run quantitative UX studies, including benchmarking, segmentation, driver analysis, prioritization research, unmoderated testing, and longitudinal tracking.
  • Apply statistical methods and communicate data limitations clearly when evidence does not support a conclusion.
  • Define and evolve experience metrics, survey instruments, sampling approaches, coding taxonomies, and reporting cadences.
  • Combine behavioral telemetry, survey data, adoption, churn reasons, and support volume into a coherent view of experience health.
  • Audit instrumentation and survey coding, identify measurement artifacts, and build checks to improve data validity.
  • Present evidence through clear data storytelling and coach designers, researchers, product teams, and R&D leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of quantitative or mixed-methods UX research, market research, or product analytics experience, including complex B2B or enterprise software.
  • Deep knowledge of survey methodology, sampling, questionnaire and scale construction, non-response and self-selection bias, and longitudinal research design.
  • Practical fluency in significance testing, regression, segmentation, clustering, and factor analysis.
  • Working proficiency in SQL plus R or Python.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap, including instrumentation definition and auditing.
  • Experience with BI and data warehouse environments such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Formal UX benchmarking experience with UX-Lite, SUS, SUPR-Q, or task-based benchmarking.
  • Enterprise experimentation experience with low traffic or limited random assignment.
  • Familiarity with privacy, GRC, security, or another regulated, workflow-heavy domain.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering or QE on instrumentation standards.
  • Graduate training in quantitative social science, HCI, statistics, or a related field.

Culture & Benefits

  • Office-first work environment with regular in-person collaboration.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, flexible PTO, and equity RSUs.
  • Annual performance bonus opportunities and retirement account support.
  • 14+ weeks of paid parental leave and career development opportunities.
  • Company-paid privacy certification exam fees and additional country-specific benefits.
