Location: Georgetown, Kentucky, United States. This is an onsite role. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require immigration sponsorship or work authorization support now or in the future.

What you will do
- Lead Paint Simultaneous Engineering activities for new model programs and prepare design-phase reports and final handoff documentation.
- Coordinate design and manufacturing teams across North American paint manufacturing shops, including Regional and NAMC Pilot teams.
- Review vehicle structures, evaluate process and equipment designs, develop prototypes, and lead alignment activities between manufacturing companies and design teams.
- Use 3D scanning and validation technologies to troubleshoot projects and develop as-built drawing packages.
- Create 2D and 3D models in AutoCAD and CATIA, including tolerance stack-up and fit analysis.
- Manage project schedules, coordinate production engineering resources, and implement improvements related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience supporting new model introduction projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods as needed.
- Must have United States work authorization without current or future immigration sponsorship.
Nice to have
- TMNA Paint Production Engineering or Paint Seibi project experience.
- Automotive industry experience and CAD modeling experience with CATIA or Autodesk.
- Project management experience involving scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Basic Japanese language proficiency.
