PLM Team Lead (Product Lifecycle Management): Leading a PLM team managing products from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing, sustaining, and end-of-life with an accent on cross-functional alignment, material availability, engineering changes, and operational performance. Focus on developing people, resolving lifecycle escalations, improving supply chain readiness, and deploying standardized, data-driven ways of working.
Location: Linkou, Taiwan; onsite role.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Lifecycle Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Oversee product lifecycle activities across NPI, industrialization, high-volume manufacturing, sustaining, and end-of-life.
- Coordinate product introductions, transfers, lifecycle transitions, engineering changes, and product updates.
- Align Development & Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Sales Operations on priorities, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage escalations affecting product availability, customer deliveries, material readiness, and operational performance.
- Drive KPI-based operational improvement, standardization, digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, Program Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a matrix organization and experience managing complex product lifecycles.
- Strong stakeholder management, escalation management, communication, influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with operational improvement, risk management, engineering change management, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
