Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst (Semiconductors)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Company

Develops and supplies Discrete, Logic, and Power MOSFET semiconductor technologies.

What you will do

• Manage supply chain planning to match demand and supply using the master planning system.
• Set supply chain parameters, including lead times and safety stocks, according to product life cycles.
• Support S&OP activities, capacity planning, and resource-loading reviews.
• Manage customer sales orders, forecasts, safety-stock replenishment, and purchase-order plans.
• Coordinate allocation, tight-supply priorities, new product introduction, and product returns.
• Review KPIs and initiate improvement projects using PDCA practices.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and a process-driven approach.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience handling customers and managing or participating in projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including multicultural communication.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
• Fluency in English required.
