Product Planning & Fulfilment Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead the Product Planning and Fulfilment team for an assigned business group or MAG group.
• Manage global sales order fulfilment and factory loading execution.
• Coordinate with Customer Supply Chain teams, factories, BG Logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Manage customer supply and delivery escalations, resolve delivery issues, and support revenue targets.
• Drive order mismatch optimization, allocation alignment, PPF KPIs, and the PDCA process.
• Lead planning projects, process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and change management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the high-tech industry, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and a strong understanding of supply chain networks and business operations.
• Experience with SCM systems such as SAP, i2, or similar platforms, and reporting tools such as Business Warehouse.
• Fluent English communication skills are required, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, cross-functional collaboration, business understanding, and continuous improvement skills.
