Senior Solution Consultant, Core (Identity Verification)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; up to 30% travel required

Base salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year, plus equity, benefits, and applicable commission or bonus plans.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact throughout sales cycles and product implementation for core identity verification products.
• Partner with Sales on business development, product presentations, statements of work, pricing, and direct or channel sales engagements.
• Collaborate with Data Science to design and execute proof-of-concepts.
• Translate client needs into tailored strategies and recommendations using industry and domain expertise.
• Share client feedback with Product Development and contribute to product innovation, thought leadership, webinars, and research content.
• Coordinate stakeholders and resources across functions, provide technical support, and mentor junior Solution Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in professional services consulting, customer management, or sales engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise engagements involving analytics, technology, or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of SaaS sales processes and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex statistical observations and deliver clear presentations and recommendations.
• Strong technical aptitude with ML/data science technologies, SDLCs, RESTful APIs, and relational databases.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or wireless industries.
• Experience with credit or fraud risk analysis, threshold optimization, and swap sets.
• Experience with document image capture, OCR, or computer vision tools.
• Knowledge of FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, the PATRIOT Act, BSA, and other banking regulations.
