Lead Engagement Manager (Communications, Media, Entertainment & Gaming)

Location: Dallas, Texas; New Jersey; New York, United States. Travel of up to 25–50% may be required.

Base salary range: $143,000–$245,850 USD annually, depending on pay zone, location, skills, experience, certifications, and training. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and independently scope complex, multi-quarter initiatives for Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming customers.
• Drive regional and business-unit impact by contributing to booking targets and consumption goals.
• Solve complex regional, regulatory, and market-specific challenges across multiple countries.
• Shape account strategies around customer goals and lead sales of complex Professional Services and Training offerings.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Coach junior Engagement Managers and participate in hiring.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expert understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings, with the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
• Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
• Thought leadership and growing recognition as an external industry expert.
• Ability to travel up to 25–50% as required.
• Ability to work in the listed United States locations: Dallas, Texas; New Jersey; or New York.
