Sr. FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Encino, California, United States; 2–3 days per week in the office. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 USD base pay, plus discretionary bonus and stock options.

What you will do

• Support annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, latest estimates, and long-range financial plans.
• Build and maintain models for revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, customer profitability, marketing investment, and other commercial drivers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analysis, executive presentations, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Analyze performance across customers, channels, products, and packages, including volume, price, mix, distribution, and promotional activity.
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and senior leadership on commercial and financial decisions.
• Improve reporting accuracy and automate recurring analyses using planning, ERP, BI, and approved AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools, plus aptitude for AI and automation.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and availability for a hybrid schedule in Encino are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or another customer- and channel-driven business.
• Experience with revenue, customer performance, pricing, promotional investment, margin, or marketing analytics.
